Green Ceramic Mug, Handmade Pottery Mug, 12 Ounce

Description

When you pick up a store-bought mug with a round handle do you fear you might lose your grip on it? I have that problem too, therefore I make flat handles on my cups which are much easier to hold.

SIZE Approximate- Capacity – 12 ounces

COLOUR- Olive Green, Sandy Brown

It has a semi-smooth finish.

Food Safe, Microwave and Dishwasher safe.

Each cup is sold separately. Use the drop-down menu to choose how many you would like.

PLEASE NOTE: THESE ARE STOCK PHOTOS. My pottery is either turned on my potter’s wheel or formed by hand. Although I try to make each mug exactly the same there are slight differences in shape and size.

HOW I MAKE MY PIECES
I turn cups on the potter’s wheel and set them aside for a day to firm up. The following day I trim the bottom, then add the handle. When they are bone dry, they are fired (baked) in an electric kiln for several hours. I either paint 3 coats or dip them in ceramic glaze and I fire them to about 2900 degrees.
