Dishwasher and food-safe.
I turned the stoneware clay on my pottery wheel into this bowl. I then set it aside until it firmed up to a leather clay hard, which normally takes a day. I then trimmed the foot on the bottom.
I let it sit under plastic to slowly dry bone-dry clay. I then fired it in my low-temperature kiln to about 2300 degrees.
I dipped it in a green food-safe glaze. Along with a full kiln of pottery this bowl was fired at a temperature of about 2900.
