How I Make These — I roll out a slab of clay and rolled a rolling pin laser cut with artisan roosters. I draped the slab over my wooden form. I press it around the edges into the curved corners. and cut it to shape. I cut out strips of clay for the bottom to sit on. After it is dried it is bisque fired in my kiln. It is then dipped in this dark brown/red glaze and glaze fire in my kiln.
