My handmade ceramic vase will be a lovely centrepiece with your favourite flowers on your dining table.

HOW I MADE IT –I turned this into a circle without a bottom on my pottery wheel. When it was firm I cut the bottom and top and undulated the vase pushing it out and developing this shape. I added a slab on the bottom cutting and forming it to shape. I added these wildflowers from a stencil. Then I put it on my shelf with plastic around it so my pottery will dry slowly. When it is bone dry I fired it in my electric kiln. It was dipped in a clear vase and fired to a higher temperature.
Ready to ship. I wrap my pottery in bubble wrap, then I pack it tightly in the box surrounding it with Styrofoam peanuts. If possible I use recyclable packing material to save them from going into the landfill.
