Description

My handmade cups are the perfect size for a small drink of whiskey, wine, juice, tea or espressos. Buy it for your imbibing friend.

SIZE Approximate- 3″ – 3 1/2″ (7.5- 9cm) high
2 3/4″ across the top rim
Capacity 3/4- 1 cup. (6-8 ounces)

COLOUR- Navy Blue, Mint Green, Dark Brown

Occasionally the glaze creates the top and other areas to have a slightly rough texture. I do not accept returns for these blemishes I have described.

Ready to ship. I wrap my pottery in bubble wrap, then I pack it tightly in the box surrounding it with Styrofoam peanuts. If possible I use recyclable packing material to save them from going into the landfill.

HOW I MAKE MY PIECES
I turn cups on the potter’s wheel and set them aside for a day to firm up. The following day I trimmed the bottom. When they are bone dry, they are fired (baked) in an electric kiln for several hours. I either paint 3 coats or dip them in ceramic glaze and I fire them to about 2900 degrees.
