This green mug with green trees makes a great gift to a friend

SIZE Approximate- 4″ (7.5- 9cm) high

Capacity 1 1/2 cups. (12 ounces)

COLOUR- White with Green Evergreen Trees OR White with Brown to Black gnarly trees.

Occasionally the glaze creates the top and other areas to have a slightly rough texture. I do not accept returns for these blemishes I have described.

Ready to ship. I wrap my pottery in bubble wrap, then pack it tightly in the box surrounding it with Styrofoam peanuts. If possible I use recyclable packing material to save them from going into the landfill.

HOW I MAKE MY PIECES
I turn cups on the potter’s wheel, Wen they are leather hard I pour white slip over them then drip an acid-base colourant. The acid reacts to the alkaline slip and trees grow. I trim the bottoms and set them under plastic to dry slowly. When they are bone dry, they are fired (baked) in an electric kiln for several hours. I dip them in a clear glaze and glaze-fire them.
